I am currently working with one of our clients a leading provider of Occupational Health services to recruit an Occupational Health Advisor to join them on a part-time permanent basis. You will be part of a wider OH team within the Oxford site, working along side other OHA's, OHT's and an OH Manager. You will be required to work at least 3 days per week on-site.

Remit to include:

• Providing high-quality occupational health services, including case management (5-6 cases per day)
• Conducting health surveillance, fitness-to-work, and health screening as required.
• Working closely with client stakeholders (e.g., in the automotive sector).
• Supporting and mentoring junior staff.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration.
• Recognised Occupational Health qualification (Diploma/Degree).
• HAVS training.
• Proven experience in an OHA role. 
• Strong case management skills
• Flexibility to travel to other client site

Salary - Up to £45,000 pro-rata + onsite allowance + benefits
